Here is the ad I sent to the Mills campaign over the last month. Twice.
Sent it to the DSCC, too.
Campaigns are about momentum, and how you can get some. In these last few cycles - even going back to Hillary - it seems people are afraid to try to take the wheel.
Now, we’ll all have to hope to holy h*ll that Mr. Platner doesn’t become another Mr. Fetterman, I suppose?
Senator - hardly a role for on-the-job training.
There’ll be pandemonium in the wins Democrats are sure to have in 2026 - real HOPEFULNESS.
But, governing is about passing POLICY that helps people.
Knowing where those breaks are comes from sitting around a table with a major state employer, a union, the school board and the opposition party.
It helps to have done that a few times before…showing to WASHINGTON, D.C!
Wins - policy wins in those 2 years, not personalty - will define the field for 2028.
Fingers crossed.
Not sure what the rap is against leaning into campaigning ON YOUR RECORD.
I would have thought it would’a been a ball.

Outdoor shot, morning or golden hour - surrounded by families in front of a real Maine school or well-known Maine fire station.
Or, all black, words alone.
How does that look?
Same idea again, here, really - on how Biden could have won, easily.
