80 Venezuelans, On 5th Avenue, And a Nod to Cato - NOT the Institute

Pete Hegseth has ordered 80 people to be killed. Trump pardoned war criminals with glee, especially those championed by Hegseth. Trump will pardon Hegseth and bump him into some other subservient role.

We already have Trump’s favorite dodge in the mix. Per the Post, on giving the order to kill all the survivors, “Trump said Hegseth told him ‘he did not say that’, and I believe him, 100 percent.”

Paging Vladimir Putin? “…I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today...“ “I have President Putin — he just said it’s not Russia.“

War crimes. Plain and simple.

80 more bodies on 5th Avenue. And, still, Red America never wavers.

The Roman statesman Cato the Elder (Marcus Porcius Cato) is known for ending his speeches—regardless of the topic—with the declaration: “Carthago delenda est” - “Carthage must be destroyed.”

And, you see, going forward, there is more democrats need to do. So, allow me to adopt something similar but to expand upon it:

No stealing from the working as we build a government only to fund the wealthy in their lifestyle pursuits. H.R. 1, 119 - Trump’s budget proposal - is, too, simply a crime.

Denying life, liberty or property without the right to try the evidence against the acused is Unamerican, and unacceptable. A Church Committee for ICE.

Candidate quality: Trump did’t WIN the election, Kamala Harris LOST it: Democrats cast about 6–7 million fewer votes in 2024 than in 2020, based on national popular-vote totals (≈ 75 million in 2024 vs. ≈ 81.3 million in 2020). No Candidate that doesn’t motivate.
