Oversight of industry will be handed to the leading barons in each field.

Formaldehyde in canned meat?

Couldn't happen here? But...it did.

Back when senators were owned by trusts. And oversight was, to coin a term - undersight.

Nearly 100 tons of meat sent to soldiers cured with…formaldehyde. A poison.

But, an inexpensive one – that can also preserve meat.

While…poisoning it.

Can’t happen here.

Serving at the pleasure of the President now, the head of the FDA – the agency literally BUILT around the national epidemic of such cases, soon to be run by the highest bidder.

The Supreme Court

Relative to the Supreme Court’s cases, Slaughter among them, Harry Litman, the amazing host of Talking Feds - heroic, in his own right, Litman left the LA Times on principle - had on Amy Howe from Scotus Blog, Dahlia Lithwick from Amicus and Steve Vladeck from Georgetown in his latest show to review the rulings.

As the big thinks kept tumbling forward, good ol' Harry kept saying, "We could do another HOUR on that!"

I kept shouting at the radio, "Do it!"
